Gogu Valley is a high yielding and raw eating potato cultivar. It is a medium to late-maturing type, tubers are smooth and long, and have red skin, creamy white flesh, shallow eye depth, and long dormancy. It has high level of tuber uniformity and good keeping quality. Gogu Valley has a stable yield under wide range of climatic conditions. Tubers contain a higher amount of antioxidants and were first bred in Korea for their antibiotic-like properties.
