The most important qualifications are that you have a desire to do God’s will and calling in your life. Have a personal relationship with Jesus. Have read the book Education by EGW, have a heart of humility and service, and a desire to see Jesus come in the near future. As we are interested in reaching the 3-5 million tourists that come to Moab every year with the gospel.

Secondly, having farming and marketing experience and a desire to do wholistic-regenerative permaculture, is a good prerequisite. Also, the willingness to work with high school age students.
