Anuschka Potatoes are an early season, very high yielding fresh market potato variety with high numbers of round oval tubers per plant. The tubers have smooth yellow skin, yellow flesh color, and are very attractive. It is really good for early packing. Anuschka has medium storage capabilities and when cooked or peeled has a high resistance to discoloration. It is a German variety first introduced to the market in 2004.
